Mr. Karan Dave brings over 19 years of experience in Project and Structured Finance, with more than 15 years of association with the Aditya Birla Group. He played a key role in scaling up the Project and Structured Finance portfolio at Aditya Birla Finance and has previously worked with ICRA and Maruti. He holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and is a Rank Holder Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Parin S. Vora has 27 years of experience in debt fund management, covering fixed income instruments, duration strategies, and liability-driven portfolios. He has been associated with the Aditya Birla Capital Group for over 18 years and currently manages the AISC fixed income portfolio, which is held-to-maturity in nature. His prior experience includes senior roles at Mata Securities, Birla Sun Life Securities, Ekay Shares & Securities, and Fortress Finance. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Welingkar Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mithibai College.

Mr. Sunil Patil has over 36 years of experience in the financial services industry and was associated with UTI Mutual Fund (formerly Unit Trust of India) from 1989 to 2026. He has extensive expertise in primary market investments, corporate debt appraisal, and fixed income fund management, having managed a wide range of debt and hybrid funds with aggregate assets under management exceeding INR 1,800 crore. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from NMIMS, along with Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Mumbai.

Mr. Niladri Dey has over 16 years of experience across Private Credit, Structured Finance, Impact Investing, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and Banking Products. Prior to joining ABSLAMC, he worked as Principal – Private Credit at Samena Capital and has also been associated with Northern Arc, Edelweiss, YES Bank, AON Hewitt, and Accenture. He holds an MBA degree in Finance from SCMHRD, Pune, and an Engineering degree from VIT, Vellore.

Ms. Krithika Iyer has close to 12 years of experience in Private Credit, with a primary focus on high-yield investments across multiple sectors. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President – High Yield Origination, Resolution, and Execution in the NBFC vertical of JM Group. She is a Commerce graduate and a Rank Holder Chartered Accountant.
